Holidays
| SECOM observes the following 9 holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving + day after, Christmas Day, New Years Day, and 2 floating holidays. |
Vacation/ Sick Time | 17 days combined for the fist year with one day additional each subsequent year up to a maximum of 20 days. |
Long Term Disability | SECOM will reimburse a portion of individually obtained LTD plans.

| Plan provided through Principal Financial Group. SECOM contributes 4% of annual salary, deposited monthly. Employees can contribute pre-tax monthly up to federal established maximum. All contributions (employee and employer) are 100% vested. |
Profit Sharing
| Up to 6% for qualified employees annually, with a vesting schedule.
